INGREDIENTS
- • 3 cups tender Chinese lettuce (iceberg), roughly chopped
- • 2 cups tender Lollo bionda lettuce, roughly chopped
- • 2 cups wild arugula leaves
- • 1 jar (285g) marinated artichokes in oil
- • 1 package (80g) Parmesan cheese, cut into thin shavings
- • 6 tablespoons olive oil
- • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
