INGREDIENTS
- • ½ package (100g) cream cheese, at room temperature
- • ½ cup (125g) unsalted butter, at room temperature
- • 1 cup (230g) granulated sugar
- • 1 egg and 1 yolk (L), at room temperature
- • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- • 2 cups (300g) all-purpose flour
- • 2 teaspoons baking powder
- • 1 pinch of salt
- • 1 jar (340g) peanut butter of your choice
