Healthy Salad with Ortiz White Tuna

INGREDIENTS
- • 1 jar (220g) Ortiz Bonito del Norte white tuna in olive oil
- • 4 cups cooked Cypriot black-eyed peas (louvi)
- • 1 medium sweet orange bell pepper, diced
- • 1 small sweet red bell pepper, diced
- • 1 red onion, finely chopped
- • 15 black olives, pitted and halved
- • ½ cup fresh parsley, finely chopped
