INGREDIENTS
- • 7-8 large dry onions, sliced
- • ½ cup finely chopped parsley
- • 2 level teaspoons 'artysia' (cumin)
- • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- • 1 tablespoon dried mint
- • 3 vegetable stock cubes
- • 2 teaspoons salt
