- • ¼ cup (60ml) olive oil
- • 1/3 cup (90ml) lemon juice
- • 2 teaspoons (2g) dried oregano
- • 1 ½ teaspoons (12g) cooking salt
- • ½ teaspoon black pepper
- • 2 lemons, cut into slices
- • 1/3 cup (85ml) dry white wine
