I'm Chryso Lefou, a cook who loves to create, but also to document recipes from people who wrote their own story in the gastronomy of our Cyprus. People of hard work and love. I was born into the aromas of Cypriot cuisine, among wood-fired ovens, pots, and grandmothers who cooked by eye and by heart.

Today I continue this journey, documenting and sharing recipes that unite generations. Simple, authentic, full of soul. Through television, social media, my book, and now through this website, I want to bring home-cooked, mother's food to every home. Food born from memories and that which will create new ones.
