1. Peel both types of apples and slice them. In a frying pan, add a little butter and then the apples. Sprinkle with a little sugar, vanilla, and salt. Cook the apples until they soften. Meanwhile, prepare the crumble by mixing the butter with the flour, sugar, and salt. Once the apples are cooked, take the crumble mixture and grate it over the apples using the coarse side of a grater. Transfer the pan to a preheated oven at 185°C until the crumble turns golden brown.
