1. In a large bowl, mix together the olive oil, sesame oil, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, lime zest and juice, garlic, pepper, and honey. Add the chicken and toss to coat thoroughly with the marinade. Do not add salt because the soy sauce is salty enough. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 2 hours or overnight.
2. Preheat the oven to 210°C (410°F). Place the chicken and the grapes in a baking dish and pour the marinade over them. Add the thyme sprigs and bake in the preheated oven for about 35-40 minutes, or until the chicken is nicely browned.
