Tempura Fish with Lemon Sauce

INGREDIENTS
- • 2 kg fish fillets (sea bream, cod, etc.)
- • 500 gr tempura flour
- • 1 liter ice-cold beer
For the Lemon Sauce
- • 2 cups lemon juice (squash/concentrate)
- • 2 cups lime juice (squash/concentrate)
