Sushi Pizza

INGREDIENTS
- • 2 packages (200g) smoked salmon
- • 300g cooked sushi rice
- • 10 sheets of nori
- • 100g tempura flour
- • 1 cup water
- • 200g panko breadcrumbs
- • 500g cream cheese
- • 3 ripe avocados
- • 1 spring onion (optional)
