Pork Chops with Orange Juice and Honey
INGREDIENTS
• 1 ½ kg Pork chops
• 2 tbsp Olive oil
For the Marinade
• 2 cup Fresh orange juice (500ml)
• 3 Honey (60ml)

• 1 tsp Sweet paprika (4g)
• 1/2 tsp Turmeric (2g)
• Fresh thyme sprigs
• Fresh oregano sprigs
• ¼ tsp Cinnamon
• 1 tsp Salt
• ½ tsp Black pepper
METHOD
1. In a bowl, mix all the marinade ingredients. Add the chops and marinate for at least 2 hours, or preferably overnight.
2. Drain the chops.
3. Add 2 tablespoons of olive oil to a frying pan and sear the chops on both sides until nicely browned.
4. Place the chops in a baking dish and pour the marinade over them. Cover with parchment paper and aluminum foil. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 2 hours.
5. Uncover and continue baking for another 30 minutes, or until the chops are golden brown. Serve drizzled with their juices.
