1. In one bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, and cinnamon. In another bowl, place the olive oil and sugar and whisk (using a wire whisk) until the sugar dissolves and it becomes creamy. Add the orange zest. Dissolve the baking soda in the orange juice and add it to the bowl. Add the brandy and gradually add the flour mixture.
2. Mix with a spatula. Be careful not to over-knead the dough, otherwise the oil might separate and our cookies will become hard.
Divide the dough in half, and then into 10 pieces. Each piece should weigh about 30-35g. Roll each piece into a 20 cm long stick and dip it in the sesame seeds.
3. Roll it a little more so the sesame seeds stick well, and cut it into about 8 pieces, each about 2 ½ cm long. Place them on baking sheets lined with non-stick parchment paper and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 20-25 minutes. Let them cool and serve. They will be crispy and delicious!
