2. Next, place the mince in the refrigerator for 1 hour. Then, shape the patties and bake them in a preheated oven at 200°C (392°F) for 30 minutes. Turn the patties halfway through to ensure even cooking.
3. Alternatively, for more ease, you can cook them in a non-stick pan.
For the rice:
1. In a small pot, add the olive oil and add the vermicelli. Toast the vermicelli and then add the rice. Stir and add the stock cube, salt, and water.
2. Boil until the water evaporates and the rice softens, about 15 minutes.
