INGREDIENTS
- • 1 kg coarse bulgur for Koupes
- • A little salt
- • 2 liters of vigorously boiling water
- • A little flour
For the Minced Meat Filling
- • 1 kg minced pork
- • 3 kg onions
- • 1 cup sunflower oil
