1. Break the puff pastry biscuits into large pieces (save 4 for decoration) and place them in a square ovenproof dish.
2. Whip the ready-made whipped cream with the milk until fluffy. Then add the vanilla and the 2 sachets of instant cornstarch pudding mix. Pour the cream over the puff pastry biscuits.
3. Crumble the four saved puff pastry biscuits on top. Place in the refrigerator to chill.
