1. In a bowl, combine the flour and baking powder, then mix.
2. Add the oil and rub it into the flour mixture with your fingertips until coarse crumbs form.
3. Add the yogurt and knead until you have a fluffy dough. Cover and set aside while you prepare the filling.
For the filling:
1. Place all filling ingredients in a bowl and mix. Take 2/3 of the dough and place it on a piece of parchment paper. Roll it out with a rolling pin into a large sheet, enough to cover the base and sides of your baking pan, which should be approximately 23x30 cm.
2. Carefully transfer the dough sheet to the baking pan and spread it evenly over the base and up the sides. Prick it well with a fork. Spread the filling over the dough, then roll out the remaining dough into a second sheet and cover the filling.
3. Fold the edges inwards and prick with a fork. Brush with beaten egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 50 minutes.
