Carob Syrup Cake

INGREDIENTS
- • 185-200g peanut oil, plus a little more for greasing the pan
- • 200g sugar
- • A little orange zest, avoiding the white pith
- • 130g carob syrup
- • 100g lukewarm water
- • 200g orange juice
- • 420g 'Farina' flour (fine cake flour)
- • 1 teaspoon baking soda
