Bulgur with Tomato Sauce

INGREDIENTS
- • 350 gr pilaf bulgur
- • 20 gr olive oil
- • 200 gr onions, cut into triangular slices (wedges)
- • 200 gr canned chopped tomatoes
- • 1 heaped tablespoon homemade vegetable stock paste
- • 1 well-filled tablespoon tomato paste
- • 1 teaspoon sugar
- • 1 teaspoon salt, or to taste
