Banana Bread Cake

INGREDIENTS
- • 5 ripe bananas
- • 150g light brown sugar (Light Soft Brown Sugar)
- • 125g peanut butter or unsalted butter or coconut oil
- • 150g oats
- • 1 mashed banana or 1 egg
- • 220g all-purpose flour
- • 1 teaspoon baking soda
- • ½ teaspoon salt
