Apricot Jam

INGREDIENTS
- • --- 1 kg ripe apricots
- • --- 1 kg sugar
- • --- a little lemon juice
METHOD
- 1. Rinse the apricots and cut them into small pieces. Place them in a pot and put it over low heat. Add ½ cup water. Stir with a wooden spoon until the apricots are cooked through and all their moisture has evaporated.
