Anari (Ricotta) Cake

INGREDIENTS
- • 900 g unsalted anari (sweet fresh ricotta/myzithra)
- • 280 g honey
- • 6 eggs
- • 1 vanilla sugar packet (vanillini)
- • 2 pinches of salt
- • 80 g cornflour (corn starch)
- • 50 g desiccated coconut
- • 3 teaspoons baking powder
