INGREDIENTS
• 3 green apples
• 3 red apples
• 300g butter
• 300g all-purpose flour
• 200g sugar
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• A little salt
For Serving
• Ice cream of your choice
METHOD
1. Peel the two types of apples and slice them. Put a little butter in a skillet and add the apples.
2. Sprinkle with a little sugar, vanilla, and salt. Cook the apples until they soften. Meanwhile, prepare the crumble by mixing the butter with the flour, sugar, and salt. Once the apples are cooked, take the crumble mixture and grate it over the apples using the coarse side of a grater.
3. Transfer the skillet to a preheated oven at 185°C until the crumble is golden brown.
