SUPER EASY PINEAPPLE MOUSSE

INGREDIENTS
- • 1 Canned pineapple (415g)
- • 1 Can of evaporated milk (400g)
- • 2 Packets (2X75g) of pineapple jelly
- • 2 ½ Cups of hot water
METHOD
- 1. Place the canned pineapple and the evaporated milk in the fridge for 1 hour to chill. Dissolve the jellies in the water and set aside to cool. Beat the evaporated milk well until it becomes creamy and add 1 cup of the pineapple syrup. Add the pineapple, after chopping it finely beforehand. Finally, add the cold jelly. Place the mousse in a deep glass bowl or individual small bowls and garnish with pineapple. Refrigerate for 3-4 hours to set.
