• --- 1 teaspoon vanilla and rose geranium extract

• --- 2-3 lemons
METHOD
1. Lightly score the cherry tomatoes and place them in boiling water for a few seconds to easily remove their skins.
2. Place the cherry tomatoes in a pot with the sugar and let them sit to release their natural juices. Add water, cinnamon, and cloves, and boil over medium heat until the syrup thickens.
3. Just before the end, add the lemon juice and, if desired, almonds. Let the sweet preserve cool completely and store it in sterilized glass jars.
