INGREDIENTS
• 1 Flammkuchen dough sheet
• 3-4 tablespoons of tahini
• 1 tablespoon of carob syrup
• 1 large apple, cut into slices
• Cinnamon
For the topping
• chopped walnuts
• carob syrup
METHOD
1. Mix the tahini with the carob syrup and spread it over the dough sheet. Arrange the apple slices on top and sprinkle with cinnamon.
2. Place a baking tray upside down in a preheated oven at 250-280 degrees Celsius with the bottom element on to heat up. Place the Flammkuchen on top of the hot tray and bake for 7-8 minutes or until golden brown.
3. Once you take it out of the oven, drizzle with carob syrup and sprinkle with walnuts.
