1. Rub the flour with the oil, add the remaining ingredients, and knead until you have a fluffy dough. Let it 'rest' for a while.
2. In a bowl, or in a blender, mix all the ingredients for the filling. Take a little dough, roll it out into a round sheet, place a little filling, and roll it up. Place on a baking tray lined with non-stick parchment paper. If you like, brush with orange juice or egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
3. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C until golden brown.
