Shrimp Saganaki

INGREDIENTS
- • 15 shrimp (21/30 count)
- • 1/3 cup (80ml) olive oil
- • 1 cup chopped onion
- • 3-4 cloves crushed garlic
- • ¼ cup Zivania (Cypriot pomace brandy)
- • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- • 1 cup strained/pureed tomato
- • ½ teaspoon chili flakes
- • 1 teaspoon cooking salt
- • 1 package (200g) feta cheese
