• 3-4 fresh or frozen medium-sized crabs (optional)
• 2 large onions, finely chopped
• 6 cloves of garlic
• 1 package (250g) unsalted butter, salted
• 2 lemons
• 1 roasting bag

• 2 tablespoons garlic powder
• 1 teaspoon salt

METHOD
1. Boil the potatoes and corn, and set them aside in a container.
2. In a large pan, melt the butter and add the onion and garlic. When they turn golden brown, add all the spices and stir them around so they combine well.
3. After washing the seafood, put all the ingredients together into a large roasting bag, tie it up, and shake the bag so the sauce coats everything.
4. Cook in the oven for 30 minutes at 160°C. (If you prefer, you can pan-fry the seafood with a little olive oil and skip the oven. Just after cooking, place everything in the roasting bag to let the flavors meld).
5. When cooked, place the bag into a bucket (like a champagne cooler), open the bag, and serve the food directly in the middle of the table.
