1. Preheat the oven to 150°C. Spread the quinoa and oat flakes on a baking dish and bake for about 15 minutes.
2. In a bowl, mix the peanut butter, honey, salt, olive oil, and cranberries. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking pan and spread it into an even layer.
3. Let it cool in the refrigerator, then place it in molds and cut it. Decorate with the dark chocolate chips.
