1. Place the flour in a bowl and add the oil. Mix. Add water and knead the dough until it becomes smooth and soft. Rub the dough with a little oil, cover it, and let it rest for 20 minutes.
2. After resting, knead the dough again. Take a small piece of dough, about the size of a ball, and roll it out. Spread ghee on it and fold it over.
3. Roll it up in a spiral shape and then roll it out again. Cook on a hot flat pan, turning it to brown nicely on all sides.
