METHOD
1. Peel the potatoes and grate them on the fine side of a grater. Drain them and squeeze them with your hands to remove excess liquid, but not completely dry.
2. Place the minced meat in a large bowl. Then, add the potato, onion, cinnamon, mint, parsley, eggs, water, brandy, baking powder, breadcrumbs, pepper, and salt. Mix the mixture very well and shape into small, round keftedes (meatballs) about the size of a walnut.
3. Pour plenty of oil into a frying pan, and once it's hot, add the keftedes. When they brown on one side, about 7 minutes, flip them over to cook the other side. Remove them with a slotted spoon and place them in a colander to drain any excess oil.
