Grandma's Chocolates with Only 2 Ingredients
INGREDIENTS
• 1 ½ cups (250g) almonds
• 1 ½ packages (300g) 70% cocoa dark chocolate (couverture)
METHOD
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C. Line a baking tray with non-stick baking paper and spread the almonds on top. Bake them in the preheated oven for 20 minutes. Let them cool down.
2. Finely chop the chocolate, place it in a bowl, and melt it over a double boiler (bain-marie). That is, put water in a small saucepan halfway up and place a glass bowl on top. Be careful, the bottom of the bowl must not touch the water. Stir until the chocolate melts. Add the almonds and mix. Using 2 spoons, scoop out the almonds from the saucepan and spread them onto non-stick baking paper.
3. Let the chocolate set, and place the little chocolates in a jar for the perfect Christmas gift!
