• --- 100g. rolled oats or whole grain cereal flakes combining wheat and oats
• --- 100g. ground walnuts
• --- 120g. honey, zest of 1 orange
• --- cinnamon
• --- melted dark chocolate
METHOD
1. In a bowl, mix all ingredients (except the chocolate) until you have a well-bound mixture. Take portions of the mixture and form balls, according to your desired size.
2. Place the balls in a glass dish and, using a spoon, drizzle them with the melted chocolate.
