INGREDIENTS
- • 2 cups cooked and drained chickpeas or canned chickpeas
- • 1 tablespoon finely chopped parsley
- • 2 finely chopped spring onions
- • 1 finely chopped red tomato
- • 1 clove garlic
- • 1 tablespoon olive oil
- • ½ cup ground breadcrumbs (kapira)
- • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
