Cypriot Olive Pies (Eliopites)

INGREDIENTS
- • 1 kg Village flour
- • 3 teaspoons baking powder
- • 1 cup olive oil or sunflower oil
- • 1 dry onion, finely chopped
- • 3 spring onions, finely chopped
- • 1 cup fresh mint
- • 3 cups black olives, pitted
