Chocolate with Marshmallows and Candies
INGREDIENTS
• 1 package (170g) dark chocolate (couverture)
• 1 package (170g) white chocolate
• 1 package (170g) milk chocolate
• 1 cup Marshmallows
• ½ cup Chocolate-covered colorful candies
• Chocolate balls

METHOD
1. Preheat the oven to 50°C. Line a baking tray with non-stick parchment paper and spread out the three chocolates, with the white chocolate in the middle. Place the tray in the oven for 7-8 minutes or until the chocolate melts. To check if it's ready, stir it with a wooden skewer. Take it out of the oven and stir, creating patterns with the three chocolates. Sprinkle the marshmallows, colorful candies, and chocolate balls on top. Let the chocolate cool and cut it into pieces.
You can put whatever you like on top of the chocolate. Cranberries, pistachios, chopped dried loquats, or dried figs, etc.
