Chocolate Soufflé - Lenten Chocolate Cake

INGREDIENTS
• 2 cups water
• ¾ cup sunflower oil
• 1-2 tablespoons vinegar
• 2 packets vanilla
• 3 cups pastry flour
• 1 cup sugar
• 3 teaspoons baking powder (Β.Ρ. stands for Baking Powder)
• 6 tablespoons cocoa
• 1 tablespoon instant coffee
Glaze:
• 2 small bars dark couverture chocolate
• 3-4 tablespoons icing sugar
• 1 tablespoon cocoa
• 1 tablespoon sunflower oil
• 5 tablespoons water
METHOD
1. Place all the wet ingredients in a large bowl and mix them. Then add all the dry ingredients and mix.
2. Pour the batter into a round, greased and floured bundt pan (a pan with a hole in the middle) and bake for about 45 minutes at 190℃.
3. Prepare the glaze by melting the chocolate in a double boiler (bain-marie) and mixing it with the remaining ingredients. Finally, pour the glaze over the cake, and our cake is ready.
