Carob Molasses Cake

INGREDIENTS
- • 185-200 g peanut oil (or similar neutral oil), plus a little extra for greasing the pan
- • 200 g sugar
- • A little orange zest, making sure to avoid the white pith
- • 130 g carob molasses (charoupopemlo)
- • 100 g lukewarm water
- • 200 g orange juice
