1. Mix the buttermilk and the dark beer in a jug. Put all the dry ingredients into a large bowl. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix. This is a wet-style bread that doesn't require kneading.
2. Pour the mixture into 4 loaf pans for toast bread and bake in a preheated oven at 190°C for 40 minutes.
3. Next, remove the loaves from the pans and place them on the oven rack. Continue baking for another 10-15 minutes. Instead of dark beer, you can use apple juice.
