1. Place all the dough ingredients in a mixer and knead (using the dough hook) until a smooth dough forms. Let it rest until you prepare the filling. Crumble the unsalted and salted Anari, the Feta, and add the grated Halloumi and Edam. Add the baking powder, the eggs, the mint, and mix well.
2. Roll out the dough, place the filling, and roll it up once. Roll it in the sesame seeds. Then, cut the roll into pieces about 2 cm thick, place them on a baking tray lined with non-stick parchment paper with the cut side facing up. Press them down slightly and brush them with the egg wash.
3. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 30-45 minutes.
