About the festival
The 2026 Koupepi Festival returns for another year, inviting the public to an evening filled with Cypriot tradition, authentic flavors, and live music. The event takes place on Friday, July 24, 2026, at 8:00 PM, in the Courtyard of the Avdimou Multicentre, with free admission for all.
The star of the evening will, of course, be the traditional Cypriot koupepi, with the impressive koupepi, over 8 meters long, once again stealing the show and serving as the event's signature feature.
The festive program will be accompanied by live music from the bands Megaro and Etous Pale, creating the perfect atmosphere for a summer evening full of song and dance.
Additionally, food and drink stalls will be operating on-site, offering visitors the chance to enjoy traditional flavors and local delicacies.
The festival is held under the auspices of the Minister of Interior, Constantinos Ioannou.
