About the festival
September is the month of the grape harvest, and palouzes takes center stage. On Saturday, September 12, Dora in the Limassol district invites residents and visitors to the Palouzes Festival, a celebration filled with traditional flavors, music, and beautiful moments.
From 18:00, the village square will be filled with the aromas of freshly made palouzes, which will be offered free of charge to visitors. Live music will complement the festive atmosphere, creating the perfect occasion for an afternoon excursion to the Cypriot countryside.
A simple and authentic gathering that honors local recipes and the tradition that continues to bring people together around a pot of warm palouzes.
