About the festival
Flavors, music, and Cypriot hospitality will converge in October in Mosfiloti square.
Mosfiloti is preparing to celebrate and welcome residents and visitors to the 8th Mosfilo Festival, an event dedicated to the flavors, music, and traditions of the region.
The festival will take place on Sunday, October 18, 2026, in the village square, offering a wonderful opportunity for an autumn excursion to the Larnaca district.
The mosfilo, the distinctive fruit of the Cypriot countryside from which the community takes its name, will be at the heart of the celebration. It is a product closely linked to Cypriot culinary tradition, primarily used for making jams and other homemade creations.
Through the festival, visitors will have the opportunity to get to know the village, its products, and its people better. The event aims to highlight local identity and keep alive the flavors and customs passed down from generation to generation.
The festive atmosphere is expected to be complemented by music and traditional activities, creating a beautiful meeting point for all ages. The detailed program, times, and more details for this year's event will be announced soon.
The 8th Mosfilo Festival is organized by the Mosfiloti Community Council and invites us to spend a day full of authentic flavors, music, tradition, and Cypriot hospitality.
